Holographic Repatterning™ for Groups
Developed by Chloe Faith Wordsworth, Holographic Repatterning(HR) is a method of quickly changing patterns and habits that create limitations in a person or group's behavior, relationships and performance.
The premise underlying Holographic Repatterning is a long-understood idea that the unconscious mind guards our beliefs about our abilities and our chances of success and failure.
Cognitive therapy, group dynamics exploration, motivational speakers, behavioral courses - these all are well-known methods used by businesses and organizations for putting the conscious minds of group members to work to change their unconscious minds. These methods can provide very good results with some individuals over time. Holographic Repatterning follows a similar path, but a much faster one, using techniques that allow direct access to the unconscious thoughts governing group behavior and so, faster change in-group performance.
