Introducing Mandira Gazal and Elements in Design
A North Dakota native with a background in child development study, Mandira Gazal honed her skills in Minneapolis, Minnesota throughout the 1980's and then moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan, in 1990 to study at the Kendall School of Art and Design.
During previous and ensuing years of investigation and education in counseling and design methods, Gazal became interested in the areas where these two subjects meet. Her work has become steadily more focused in disciplines that explore how environments and the people in them work together to affect the health and productivity of individuals, groups, businesses, and institutions.
Today, Gazal's practice includes personal and professional consulting in environmental design and group dynamics. This work has ranged from helping individuals find happiness in their lives and work to corporations building healthier, happier workplaces designed to help employees achieve their corporate vision.
